What is Covered under
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in your RE-vibe™ .
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for one year from the date you purchase your RE-vibe™ .
What is not Covered
Batteries, or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
What FokusLabs Will Do
FokusLabs will repair or replace any RE-vibe™ that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
How to Get Service
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUSTprovide a copy of your original purchase receipt.
If something goes wrong with your RE-vibe™ , please contact customer support immediately at 919-813-0427 or Support@FokusLabs.com. Subsequently, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return form may be issued to you. If this occurs you can then send your RE-vibe™ postage paid with a completed return form including RMA number to:

If the RE-vibe™ you return to us is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the one-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no expense to you. We will send you a replacement product at the address you specify to us (US only). FokusLabs will provide standard shipping for all units found to be defective under the aforementioned conditions of ‘defective materials or workmanship’.

Skin Irritation . If you notice any signs of skin redness, swelling, itchiness, or other skin irritation from using your wristband, please discontinue. Continued use, even after symptoms subside, may result in renewed or increased irritation. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not wear your RE-vibe ™ wristband more than twelve consecutive hours. Doing so can lead to skin irritation or chafing. Prolonged contact may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users.
Product Risks . RE-vibe ™ contains electrical equipment that could cause injury if not handled properly. This product is not a toy and should be used under adult guidance. Do not allow children or pets to play with the product. The product includes/contains small components that can be a choking hazard. Do not use your RE-vibe ™ product if the unit is cracked or damaged. Substances in this product and its battery may harm the environment or cause injury if handled and/or disposed of improperly. Do not dispose of your RE-vibe ™ product in a fire. The battery could explode. Be sure to remove from person/charger and cease use if your RE-vibe ™ product feels warm or hot to the touch and contact customer service immediately, at 919-813-0427 or Support@FokusLabs.com
Prohibited Uses. Do not submerge your RE-vibe ™ in water. Do not expose your RE-vibe ™ to extremely high or low temperatures. Do not leave your RE-vibe ™ in direct sunlight for an extended period of time or in a hot vehicle as this could cause damage to the components. Take care not to damage or puncture your RE-vibe ™ . Do not place your RE-vibe ™ product in a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer. Do not use your RE-vibe ™ product in a sauna or steam room. Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your RE-vibe ™ product. Do not insert any objects into the micro-USB charging port or the programming ports, other than the provided micro-USB charging accessories and plastic programming tools, respectively.
